Our Experience
Before setting up GEL Project Management we had varied and extensive experiences working in both the private and public sector, in both consultancy and client side roles. We have worked on all types of building from residenitial to offices, listed buildings to modern architectural wonders, as well as a specialism having worked in some of the biggest and best sports venues in the country.
These experiences have given us a unique perspective on construction project management and allow us to look at all angles and elements of a project considering works from both the client's and contractor's viewpoint. This allows us to foresee problems before they arrive and to deal with issues in the most efficient and effective way, saving you time and money.

Renovation & Extension in Bishop's Stortford
We were very pleased to project manage a complete renovation and extension project for a young family in Bishop's Stortford. The works included managing various trades from bricklayers to electricians, as well as working with an architect and interior designer. The extension to the property was complicated by a culvert running through the garden and under the garage, meaning that the extension had to be modified and we worked with the Architect to find a functional design, but with an interesting form, resulting in the slightly unusual angled offset ground floor.
Club Room Space Planning & Bar Design
We were approached by a local sports club to help them space plan their new club room to assist in the purchase of furniture and ensure it met their needs on match days and through the week for other uses. As the project developed we also agreed to design their bar for them and used a local contractor to manufacture and install it.
